When you submit a form on this site (contact, open-house sign-in, or consultation request) we collect the information you choose to share: name, email, phone number, timeline, budget range, housing interests, and any message or notes. We also log basic technical data (IP address and browser) for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
Your information is used only to follow up with you about your real estate inquiry — for example, to answer questions, share listings, schedule tours, or continue the conversation started at an open house. We do not sell your information. We do not add you to marketing lists.
Consent to be contacted
By submitting a form and checking the consent box, you agree that Kevin Ruiz-Berroa may contact you by phone, SMS text message, or email at the number and address you provided, including through automated means. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text message, unsubscribing from an email, or emailing kevinrb@kw.com.
Who sees your information
Submissions are delivered directly to Kevin and stored securely in a database used only by Kevin's team. Information may be shared with Keller Williams Realty staff or transaction partners (title, lender, inspector) only as needed to help with a transaction you have asked us to work on.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to update, export, or delete the information you submitted by emailing kevinrb@kw.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Open-house sign-ins
Signing in at an open house is voluntary. The information you enter is used to follow up personally about the home you toured and any similar listings you may want to see. If you are already represented by another agent, please let us know on the form and we will respect that relationship.
